These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via sadhana-shop.ch, operated by VASTU Services GmbH, Baar, Switzerland.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in CHF and include statutory VAT. Payment options: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, TWINT.

4. Delivery

Delivery only within Switzerland. Delivery time: 3–5 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

5. Right of Return

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days without giving any reasons. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
