Where do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Switzerland and to the DACH region (Germany, Austria). For deliveries to other countries, please contact us directly.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Switzerland are usually delivered within 2–5 business days. Deliveries to Germany and Austria take approximately 5–7 business days.
Where do your products come from?
Our products are sourced directly from India – through personal contacts that Lutz Shankara has built up over years. Each product is carefully hand-picked and checked for authenticity and quality.
How do you ensure authenticity?
Lutz Shankara is a practicing Kriya Yogi and Vastu architect with a deep knowledge of Indian traditions. He understands the spiritual significance of each product and only sources from trusted suppliers.
Are customs duties incurred?
No additional customs duties apply for orders within Switzerland. For deliveries abroad, import duties and taxes may apply depending on the country, which are borne by the recipient.
Can I return products?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of return from receipt of the goods. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at shop@vastu-services.ch before returning the goods.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and TWINT. All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.
Do you provide instructions for use?
Yes! For many products, we offer ritual instructions and background information. You can find these directly on the respective product page or in our blog.
